Rockisha Brown is a certified Special Education teacher and passionate advocate for children with diverse learning needs. With over 25 years of experience in the classroom, she has dedicated her career to helping students with learning differences not only succeed academically—but thrive in everyday life.
Rockisha holds certifications and endorsements in Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), with extensive experience supporting students who face challenges in reading, writing, math, attention, communication, and social-emotional development. Her work centers on promoting independence, confidence, and meaningful progress for exceptional learners through evidence-based strategies and compassionate support.
She also holds a degree in Educational Leadership and Innovation, equipping her to collaborate effectively with parents, educators, and school leaders. Rockisha is known for her ability to clearly present data-driven insights—using visuals, progress monitoring, and practical tools—to help families make informed decisions and advocate with confidence.
Throughout her career, Rockisha has helped non-readers become readers, non-counters develop foundational math skills, and students build essential life skills such as self-regulation, communication, and social interaction. By implementing structured supports and collaborative strategies, she has helped reduce meltdowns, anxiety, and challenging behaviors—creating calmer, more successful learning environments.

Some of the most meaningful moments of her work come from witnessing milestones that change lives: students tying their shoes for the first time, navigating their day with visual schedules, expressing their needs through assistive technology, managing anxiety, and gaining independence in daily routines. These breakthroughs don’t just impact students—they transform families.
Rockisha believes every child deserves to be seen, supported, and championed—and she equips parents with the tools, language, and confidence to ensure their child receives exactly that.
